      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can't even log in issue on the Arlo Chat support App - If you choose Base station as the option, then there is NOTHING in the sub menus to choose so how are you supposed to log an issue to get help with ?&amp;nbsp; Arlo has gone 100% downhill.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You used to be able to speak to a human.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
