    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you can make a manual recording while live streaming and it shows up in the library/feed then you still have cloud storage working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem might be related to the camera needing a reset. Remove camera battery for 10sec to reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check the base station mode is set correctly, power cycle base station as a start.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That updated information doesn't help.&amp;nbsp; My Pro 2 cameras were active and my 7-day recordings recently disappeared.&amp;nbsp; When I try "customer support" through the app the only automated response I can get is that I need to sign up for a subscription.&amp;nbsp; I had 7-day storage; and now I don't.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This morning, my library is back, at least for December.&amp;nbsp; Nothing from the end of November.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;One of my troubleshooting things was to unplug the base station.&amp;nbsp; After doing that, I can't get one of my cameras back online.&amp;nbsp; It's powered and I've tried resetting it a number of times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
