    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased the secure service for $19.25 on November 3rd, this was after the free trial ended. My service was reinstated and everything functioned until this afternoon when I was notified that my free trial had ended and I needed to pay for the service. You got my money because you turned my service back on. I have evidence that I paid because it's on my bank statement even though you've deleted it from my account on your website.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So do I get the service I paid for, or do I tell my bank to take my money back and report your organization for fraud to every government organization and leave a review like this with every merchant who sells your product?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you check that the cameras are in the subscription plan?&amp;nbsp; You might need to drag them into the plan manually.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Or is the issue that you aren't seeing the subscription plan at all in the app?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
