      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have cancelled my account and subscription twice following the instruction provided.&amp;nbsp; Once in mid September when I moved to a new house and left the equipment for the new owners.&amp;nbsp; I was then billed again on my AutoPay on 1 Oct.&amp;nbsp; I complained and again cancelled everything including deleting my account.&amp;nbsp; I was again billed on 1 Nov.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I both cases I opened a dispute with my financial institution.&amp;nbsp; They have refunded the charge and this last time sent a notification to Arlo to stop billing me for a subscription I cancelled in September.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note I created this account just to ask about why I am still being billed and what has to be done to stop it since I completely deleted my old account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please respond and I will provide any additional information such as the old account email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
