    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Ive purchased Arlo camera, signed up for Arlo secure subscription for a year. After using the products for about a week I was very unhappy with the entire quality and service so I returned everything and canceled my subscription. Now I’d like a refund for the subscription which I will not be using. I’ve tried contacting Arlo customer services to cancel and refund this purchase. The only option to contact them was through an automated chat service. The chat directed me to my.arlo.com to cancel the subscription, which I did. I requested a refund via the chat option but due to its automated nature and limited responses it did not understand refund requests, there is no option for refunds. &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;The automated system hung up on me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;FWIW, searching on-line for an Arlo support number usually results in reaching a scam support site.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
