      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the arlo essentials outdoor cameras. Have the secure plus plan. But it is not recording when detecting motion. And I can find help anywhere&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Start by trying to make a manual recording while live streaming the camera.&amp;nbsp; That will confirm your subscription is ok, and also helps rule out your internet connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then test the camera hardware using the motion detection test described here:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You might also want to adjust the threshold in the camera rules if you find you need to make the camera more sensitive to motion.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also, if you aren't getting notifications either, then make sure the cameras are armed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
