topic Payment / subscription in Arlo Secure

So , my subscription ran out , when I logged into my account I input my debit / credit information for payment but for some reason it will not accept that “card” I know I have money in that account so I’m not sure what’s wrong .. it beginning to piss me off . I tried to “chat support” but all I got was a BOT which of course was no help at all ! So I called into support and they told me to delete my payment information and input again , which I done 4 times before I called them ! Of course they were pushy , impatient and being rude of course no help either so I hung up on them . I’m trying to use my “Debit / Credit” card from my bank .. I’m guessing I’ll probably have to go and get one of those disposable/ reloadable credit cards instead . Has anyone else had payment problems before using Debit credit ?

It seems that using autofill can cause problems. Try manually entering all requested info.

Yep , done that .. unless ya mean logging into the website .. for that yea I use apple log in password save thing .. hmm. Maybe I’ll try that , manually entering my log in information , log in , then re enter and save my account information.. see if that helps .
