    <description>&lt;P&gt;On a previous forum, 2/2023, they said to ʻpretendʻ to add a new device, Pro 5.&amp;nbsp; We just purchased a Pro 4 series.&amp;nbsp; I followed their instructions, clicked on Camera, Click on Pro 5S 2K, then it said he needed to upgrade the Arlo app on his phone.&amp;nbsp; It went through the upgrade in seconds and I clicked a few more buttons, and all the shared cameraʻs appeared in his app, under his own log in.&amp;nbsp; I am still in the trial period, so being in the trial period was not the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this helps.&amp;nbsp; Iʻm super relieved that it worked for us.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Brand new install. Can’t share camera</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;New installation with one wired essential doorbell camera. I’m trying to share my camera with my wife. She created a new account. &amp;nbsp;I shared the camera. We followed all the steps that have been pointed out before on this forum. &amp;nbsp;Her invite shows as pending and she has no camera on her feed. &amp;nbsp;I see there are similar complaints going back many months on this forum. But I’m a new Arlo user as of 7/21/23. Really surprised this can be an issue for brand new users.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If not, have her try clicking on "create account" in the email, and then log into her existing account when the browser opens to my.arlo.com.&amp;nbsp; Note she needs to fully log in (completing the two-factor verification step).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There might be another step needed after that, but you need to get the invite accepted next.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Logging in via PC worked. It should be noted that logging in via a Browser from an IPAD with desktop mode does not work. It doesn’t matter which browser, either. &amp;nbsp;I tried Safari and Chrome. &amp;nbsp;Users definitely have a narrow choice in getting this to be successful and I recommend that further recommendations on this topic be even more specific. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Please, please send this ticket to your developers and work it in to the next sprint. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
