topic Arlo Secure Monitoring BFN for permit in Arlo Secure

My city requires I register my home security monitoring with the city so they can issue a permit. Without a permit they will not respond to alarms. They said they cannot find Arlo in their database as a monitoring company. I checked with Arlo and apparently the monitoring is provided by Noon Light. Unfortunately they didn't know the BFN (Business File Number) license. Does anyone know the BFN for the monitoring company so I can be issued a permit? Thanks!!
