      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why is the app blank when I open it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;only the house icon appears. I already tried powering my phone off and on and I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it still doesn’t work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I cannot access my cameras or respond to notifications.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HELP!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
