What camera model do I have?

I’ve read a few posts on here but I still don’t know what model number this is.
ABH11874A0E6E. I wish the app would correctly say each model number.

If you have a camera with a removable battery, when you remove the battery and look inside the battery compartment you should see a label with the model number.

You should also see the model number if you navigate in the arlo app to settings/support/deviceand scroll to bottom.

Yes, that is true. My camera is in an inconvenient spot to reach. That is why I was looking for an easier way to figure out what camera I have without taking it down. Arlo needs to put this information in the app.

Can you take a decent picture of the camera and post it here? How long have you had the camera? Is it connected to a base or hub (what model?) or is it connected to your WiFi?

FWIW, when I name my cameras I include the model (Pro 3 porch) to make it easier.

Yes, I had to get it taken down to find out. It’s a Pro 4.

I’ll snap a picture of it later. I’m it sure how long ago I bought it. I have about 10 Arlo cameras that have been bought over time. It is connected to a VMB4540 base.
I like your idea of renaming them with what they are. On the weekend I started a noted on my phone saying which is which.

Try going into the support area of the app, and selecting the camera there.

Then scroll down to the bottom of the page - you'll find a model number in the product field. It won't say "Pro 4", but it will give a VMC part number for the camera.

You can then refer to this page, to get the camera brand name:
