    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to open the app this evening and I was logged off. I entered my credentials and the app just hung there. I uninstalled and reinstalled and now the app won’t populate the fields for username and password. All I see is a blue screen with the Arlo logo. Is there an issue with the mobile app for iPhone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;Restart the phone&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Put it into airplane mode (disabling both wifi and mobile data)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Launch the app&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;After you see the internet connection error, take the phone out of airplane mode&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should then be able to log in.&lt;/P&gt;
