Some feeds not downloading

Hi, I've had a single Pro5 installed in my small shop for the past 3 weeks. It's been working fine with feeds showing as they should under the feed tab. I'm now starting to get blacked out feeds (no image) mixed in with viewable feeds. The blacked out ones show the time/type and length of the video, but it's just a black image. I am on a trial of the Secure App (and recently extended it through a subscription). Is this a storage issue? How much storage do I get with the subscription? I've been trying to delete daily the feeds not needed to save on storage. If it's not storage, what might it be?

No. You get 30 days of retention (60 with Secure Plus in Europe).

Thanks, the ones that showed black finally downloaded after about 5 hours...but they are there
