    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had a secure plan for over a year now.&amp;nbsp; We had to replace our door bell, which came with a trial, but I already had a plan.&amp;nbsp; Now randomly since the 'trial' ended, My account shows that I have no subscription and yet I have been charged, there is a charge on my account today for the service.&amp;nbsp; How Do I get this correct?&amp;nbsp; I cannot get online help because my account shows I don't have a subscription.&amp;nbsp; I have looked all over to try and figure it out, but it's just impossible to get any type of human response or assistance.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;IMG src="http://community.arlo.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/39819i80A43E71353402B9/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999&amp;amp;whitelist-exif-data=Copyright" border="0" alt="Arlo Portal.png" title="Arlo Portal.png" /&gt;</description>
