its bern a month i receive unknown error when i log in from the app. I tried to contact support but no one fixed the problem. Its working on my laptop but not the mobile.please fix it for me

Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? What phone and OS version?

Unfortunately I have the same issue ! I did everything the support told me nothing works!

Are you able to provide a screenshot of the error you're seeing?

Are you able to log in if you use the web client from a PC?

Its ok after I give up I signed up for new email restart the device and sync the cameras again it works perfectly now 👌🏼
