    <description>&lt;P&gt;No. If troubleshooting doesn't provide a solution, the next step may be buying new hardware. You should have stayed on support to possibly replace the camera although swapping at the store could have been a faster solution.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;For the second camera, after you turned the camera off to check battery usage, did you place the camera nearer to your base? It can be the location causing rapid battery depletion.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a model VMB 4500 4 camera wireless system. Shortly after I bought the camera system one camera would not hold a charge. I tried to get help from Arlo, I got no help. I switch the battery pack with another camera and the problem did not follow the battery so I assume something is wrong with the camera not the battery. I just stopped using that camera.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now another camera has the same issue. Camera was working fine. I charged it and in 2 days it went down to 15%.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I charged it again to 100% and did not turn it on and in 3 days it is at low battery again camera no. A2R1057AA12A6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can I send these into Arlo to have them looked at?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
