Ultra 2 - One camera does not have a white battery release button

Four cameras came in the box. Three have the white battery release button. One does not. I contacted Arlo and said maybe the white button fell off? No -- It didn't. This one was already mounted on a bracket and the others were not. No instructions were provided so I'm a little lost.
