I regrettably kept ignoring the 25% off coupon for the secure subscription plan thinking it would keep showing up when my trial ran out. Nope! Never saw it again. Convenient, arlo! Anyway can anyone let me know if they found a way to get a code for the plan? I am aware if I sign up for yearly instead of monthly it is discounted but I’m talking about an additional 25% off. TIA!

Do you subscribe to arlo offers?

Check you have the option enabled in the app settings menu, profile then tap on the name email menu for the option check box at the page bottom.

Generally you get the offer banner appearing in the app anyway at the most inconvenient times.

Thanks for your reply. When I do those things you mentioned it doesn’t have the SAVE word highlighted in the upper right corner to “save” the box that I checked to receive emails and promotions. Whyyyyy

No idea why, my iOS mobile shows the save text upper right.

Im using the library app version, I read a lot of users posts saying that the new app with feed is full of known bugs that arlo has ignored before they released it.

problem for you is you need to subscribe so you can tell arlo about it.
