When I choose download it saved it to my photos on my iphone so depending on what you are using check your photo album. The bigger issue is that when you favorite a recording there is no way to find that favorite or filter it like the old app did. This is a MAJOR DOWNGRADE..

I still can't find the downloads, also your right about the favorite. The new changes are poor updates, it's like they never used their owe product

Iphone, I think I know why, in the arlo secure app p/o Iphone setting I was not linked to photos, seem to work now
