Error Adding Friends - Arlo Secure app version 4.1

Hi , I am trying to add 2 friends to have access to my cameras Arlo Pro4, using Iphone Arlo Secure app version 4.1 (5991) and it is failing.

My friends are also using the same version and the cameras are not visible to them on their app . I have already requested support through chat support but the answer I had is that I will need to wait for a updated app version .

Note: I have the Arlo Secure Multi-Camera Plan.

Is there anything else I can try instead of waiting for an upgrade in the app ?

I answered this on your other post.

If the friend accounts have "feed" on the menu, then you need to make sure your account also has "feed".

You can force this to happen by selecting "add device" and adding either a pro 5s or a home security system. That will fail, because you don't have one. But it will migrate you to "feed".

Note there are bugs (and IMO missing features) in feed. And once you migrate to it, there is no going back.
