This is a known limitation with the new UI experience. The development team is working on a resolution for this, I will provide an update as soon as we have more information available to share.

Chime no longer works with motion alerts when arming cameras. It will only work with doorbells. Customer service is the most heinous thing I have ever dealt with. No one has an answer regarding software.

Bottom line, I will get all of my money back on all of my Arlo products. The service I received was despicable. I will make sure no one does business with you. You sell lemon products and faulty software, and what happens when your software changes the way you utilize your product? Your representatives leave the chat.

Ridiculous.

You seem to have lots of known limitations that you never resolve. Stop making it to where we can't roll back software when you implement garbage software updates that remove/break capabilities that were in the previous version!
