      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to go thru the automated support after getting 2 notifications the credit card is not valid.&amp;nbsp; The auto process indicates an email is sent to the profile email account, however nothing has been received for profile update.&amp;nbsp; They were sent to the same email that indicates the account will soon be shutdown, so it is NOT a problem with the email.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can I speak to someone who can call me to discuss the issue and a solution?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
