Hello. I currently have a restraining order against someone that also has access to the cameras. I think that he was the original person to set them up. How do I make it to where he can no longer see the cameras?

I think they are Arlo Secure. I’m not really sure to be honest.

If that person is the owner of the system (it's his account), the only thing you can do is to take the cameras down, remove the batteries and unplug the base or hub. Do you have physical access to these devices?

I do have access to them and the hub. Is there no way to re-register them?

Only if that person is willing to remove them from his account. I don't know that there's a way to force that except by some sort of legal intervention.
