I completed my 30 day trial and then singed up for the cheapest Arlo secure plan (the $2.99 plan), but have lost the ability to enable activity zones.

The website says that activity zones are available with all plans but is there something I need to do to activate this feature?

How many cameras do you need activity zones working on?

Sounds like you purchased a single camera subscription plan for one camera.

If so you need to manage the subscription to your camera. See subscription in the web app.

I was able to chat with a very helpful Kevin with the online chat feature. He was able to fix and now we have access to the recording and activity zones.
