I have been paying for Arlo subscription for a long time and I never use the service. I need this canceled now.

I cannot understand why it is so difficult. I have followed the instructions and no luck. There is no one available to even speak to with this issue.

No option to cancel subscription.

It looks like the app doesn't think the account has a subscription. Is it possible that you have multiple accounts?

Settings, Arlo Secure (or whatever is shown under Subscription), Cancel Subscription at the bottom. Sometimes you have to use the web client to see the Cancel Subscription.
