&lt;P&gt;Are you getting recordings? Check your app permissions to make sure notifications are allowed/enabled. If you're still experiencing an issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>New app version notification issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone noticed that with the new app version while using the Home Secure system, the notifications are not seen unless you have the app open . Like if the system is armed home, you wont get any notification form any of your cameras at all. This makes no sense&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes i did all those. I had the tech support for an hour trying to figure out what was wrong. At the end he said that because i have another user for the system on my app thats why the notifications weren't sent, which makes no sense, once i removed the user then the notifications started flowing in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but my family can't use the app then ??!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
