I am currently still on free trial, but I just read that the free subscription only support up to 1 user. Does that mean that with only the free subscription, the people/accounts who I shared access to can no longer access the cameras?

What cameras do you have?

Not sure what you mean by "free subscription" - there isn't one.

Old camera models (Pro, Pro 2) were sold with 7 days of free cloud recording. People with whom you shared the cameras can see them even if you have no subscription.

New camera models (starting with the Ultra in 2018) don't come with that. The two smarthubs (VMB4540 and VMB5000) have a free direct-access to local storage feature. But those recordings cannot be viewed from a "friend" account.
