Xperia Android phone, Arlo Secure has stopped error

The new version is no longer working on my Xperia Android phone. It gives the message Arlo Secure has stopped. I click on the on Send Feed Back and it disappears off my screen. I've reinstalled and rebooted the phone - just the same. On my wife's One Plus phone it is working. We've had this system for about 4 years, so this looks like a change in the app.

What Android OS version are you using on the Xperia device?

We have a new version of the app coming soon that we believe will resolve this issue. Would you like to test the new version to see if that resolves the issue?
