      <title>Arlo Secure app not working IOS / Android</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone having issues accessing the Arlo Secure app?&amp;nbsp; After being a member a few months I am wondering if this app will provide a 'secure' function to allow us to monitor our home and/or business. For the last 12 hours I have tried to contact support and get no feedback. Every&amp;nbsp; time I try to log in using the app using IOS o Android it returns a message saying 'Your request has timed out'.&amp;nbsp; It is not my internet because I am able to access other apps on the phones. It is not my login because I am able to post messages to this site.&amp;nbsp; I started to notice this problem yesterday. Anyone else?&amp;nbsp; thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Android is working here with no issues. Your login here has nothing to do with the app which is a totally different system.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you rebooted the phones and reinstalled the app? Have you tried both WiFi and cell service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
