Model version, etc don't apply here: I'm trying to update my payment information and it won't actually let me click the button (disabled) to save the information. The Chatbot was helpless and, because I'm using a replacement card, my account expired so voice support is not available. Any advice would be huge; thaks in advance...

If you're unable to click the button, this indicates something was entered incorrectly or is incomplete in one or more of the information fields. Double check that you have entered all information necessary and try submitting again.

Autofill might also be getting in the way, so try selecting each field, make a small change and then undo it.
