Refund and cancellation needed

Hi there,

I recently purchased a number of cameras and an Arlo Secure Plus Unlimited plan. However, upon arrival the cameras were of lower-than-advertised quality and one refused to connect to the base station entirely. In addition, even after days of troubleshooting, the Secure Plus plan would not activate to my account. I returned the cameras and requested a refund. However, when I received the refund, it only included the total for the cameras, and did not include the $183.50 for the plan that was never activated and cannot be used. I would appreciate assistance in having the remaining money refunded and in making sure the plan is cancelled so that it will not charge me again next year.

Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
