      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had a plan for several years. The cameras stopped recording recently. &amp;nbsp;My account says I have no plan but they keep charging me. &amp;nbsp;Plus there is no option to remove my credit card. &amp;nbsp;How do I get this fixed? &amp;nbsp;I reached out to them via the portal and no one follows up. This awful service and an awful practice to not have a feature to remove your credit card. &amp;nbsp; I am&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Getting scammed and this seems like fraud to me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.&lt;/P&gt;
