      <title>Auto paid for my subscription but i have no plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been auto playing for arlo subscription for recording on my cameras for several years. This month the subscription came out as usual but my account now says no plan and my cameras are not recording and when I try to talk to a live person the chat bot says I need a subscription to do that. I have paid the subscription why is it say I dont have one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Support ended up taking care of it on the phone about 20min ago after I was finally able to find the support phone number. This number is not posted on the website. My recommendation is to add the support phone number directly on the website to avoid frustration by all parties&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok so what i ended up doing was i had to call and talk to the subscription team first i think they fixed my subscription not showing up and then I still was not getting recordings so they sent me to technical support and they ended up having me factory reset one of the cameras. Once I did that and added the camera back all cameras started recording agen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
