    <description>&lt;P&gt;Arlo support is absolutely terrible, I don't even know if what they are telling me is true.&amp;nbsp; I put in a case last week that I couldn't view previous days of CVR recordings and was told it's a system wide issue but they still don't have an ETA when it will be fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anybody else have CVR recordings that are working?&amp;nbsp; Mine only shows a live view.&amp;nbsp; Doesn't matter if I use the app or log in from the web, CVR timeline doesn't show previous times and reverts to live view and I can't select different days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just canceled my CVR plan because I'm not going to keep paying for something that doesn't work and there is no ETA when it will be fixed.&amp;nbsp; I've had Arlo cameras for years but I'm about to dump this whole garbage system.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
