    <description>&lt;P&gt;The Arlo customer service is the worst. I purchased a 3 camera pack from HSN that had a free 4 month subscription included. I waited about 6 months to install them and then tried to get my 4 months free with no luck. I contacted customer service twice the first time they said they would reset my free subscription within 24 hours, didn't happen. Contacted again and they said the problem was on their side and would contact me when it was resolved, one week later nothing. I asked to chat with a manager and once again nothing. I will be throwing my Arlo Essential cameras in the trash and going with Ring cameras.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
