&lt;P&gt;The VMB4000 and VMB4500 support recording only, and have no playback.&amp;nbsp; While useful for backup, then only way to see the recordings is to eject the storage and move it to a PC.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hello everybody. I’m in the Netherlands and wanted to get a secure multi plan from my iPhone. I need to drag camera’s into the program to connect them, but somehow it does not allow me. I can’t see any camera’s. It wants me to drag them into the plan and then go for Payment. I can go for payment, but I guess no any camera’s will be in the plan than. Any solutions?</description>

&lt;P&gt;The subscription plans are for your cameras, not for phones running the app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are the cameras showing up in your account? (guessing that they are, but want to confirm).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Were the cameras installed to your account?&amp;nbsp; Or were they shared from another account.?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have a PC, you could also try doing this from my.arlo.com.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It is only installed and working on this iPhone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I installed the 4540 hub and was accessible in the app when using the free trial weeks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will try to get the plan using my laptop ones the kids are in bed. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😁&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
