No notification with arrive leave automation

The arrive / leave automation does work. I see that in the Feed where the mode change event is shown.
I have defined the action SEND NOTIFICATION in the automation to NOTIFY EVERYONE.
The issue is that the notification is not occurring. This used to work but it stopped weeks ago. I didn’t change anything.

I do receive notifications according my setup in MODES - DEVICE RULES.

I have Arlo app version 6.6.9 (16896).
I have iOS 18.6.2.
I double checked all settings.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Arlo app.

Can you download the latest version of iOS and test again?

Hi @ShayneS @thanks for your response. Nobody in the family is receiving this notification. My wife’s iPhone is on latest iOS 26.2.
I.e. that will not resolve this issue.

In addition, I did remove the notification action, saved the automations, added the notification action again, saved the automations. But also that does not solve it.

@ShayneS I see the same behavior on Android. I haven't had a notification of entering or leaving the zone for quite some time. It hasn't bothered me but it does indicate a change in behavior that has existed for at least a year and likely much more.

The Arlo development team is currently investigating reports of this behavior. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share with the community.

The symptom should now be resolved with the latest version of the Arlo app. Please make sure you have the latest version 6.11.1 and test again.
