Internet lost? Geofencing unavailable?

Got this notification. But then I can still change modes and look at Feed >> CLOUD. What's going on there?

I used to get this all the time on Android but it has gone away with app and OS updates. What version and maybe what phone? Does it happen on WiFi, cell service or both? Is the app up to date?

I'm also on Android 16 but don't see an Arlo issue. However, if I swipe to Google News, sometimes selecting a news story will briefly show a "no internet connection" message followed quickly with the story. Dunno if there's a real solution since it seems to be an OS one. Perhaps changing the setting in the phone's network settings for Adaptive Connectivity may help but I haven't tried that.
