Unknown Error when logging in

When I enter my email and password into the Arlo camera I get an unknown error.

What is the solution?

I have same problem

it is in the app, I have an Iphone, have reinstalled the app, have download the ultimate version, and still doesn't work, hope you can help

The ultimate version? Have you tried to reset the password?

yes I have reset password, and delate the app and reinstalled, but still doesn't work.

I can login true the website, but not true the app

You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
