AI Smart Detection in the UK

I've seen multiple threads asking about the status of this. The response on those threads was to monitor the service plan website: https://www.arlo.com/en_gb/serviceplans.

That website shows that AI smart detection is available as part of the Secure Plus plan. I have a Secure Plus plan.

No option to AI smart detection appears in my Arlo Secure app on Andriod (which is up-to-date as of the date of this post).

How can I access the AI smart detection features?

You should find it in Settings, Home, Smart Detection (under the Arlo Intelligence banner). If you don't see that, post a screenshot(s) of what you do see.

I'm having the same issue.
On the same plan, but I do not see any smart detection options under the settings page.

WIth an appropriate plan you should have it. Try the web client (my.arlo.com) to see if that works. @JamesC , @ShayneS , @BrookeN any suggestions?

It appears that you are on the old plan and need to upgrade to the new plan. The one that appears within the UK website. You may also see an upgrade option on your screen. Once you upgrade to the new plan you will be able to see those features.

Ok, but as you can see, I am on Secure Plus.

Edit:

Cancelled and re-added the plan, and it seems I have access to the new features.

Correct, but you have the older version of the Secure Plus plan, it will need to be upgraded to the new one.
