Arlo plan No Discount Applied

I received an email about an upcoming plan update with price increase. The email states that if I accept the offer in the email, I would get a discounted subscription.

"Your Arlo Secure plan will automatically be upgraded in February. As a loyal Arlo user, we also want to extend a special offer which gives you the benefits of our new plans with no price increase. By redeeming the special offer below, you will enjoy the benefits of Arlo Secure 5 and retain your current annual price of $149.99.3 If you decide not to redeem, then your new price will be $215.88 starting on Februar‌y 3, 2025.⁴"

However, when I click the "Redeem Offer" button, it just brings up a screen with the $215.88 price with no discount applied.

So what's the problem? Was the email legit?

I am having the same issue. The promo code from the email to redeem the offer is arlsecusplaqtatv - I get error code: Unable to get coupon details Coupon code - arlsecusplaqtatv .

Were you able to resolve the problem?

I have the same problem. I received an email and multiple prompts on my phone for a 40% off Summer Offer. The promo code isn't valid.

Someone in support asked for lots more details. They asked for everything including the email that Arlo sent me! Rather painful to answer and despite chasing some time ago I have heard nothing in response.
