Hi,

I’m trying to add my third device to

my account via the app and add a device. It won’t let me select add camera. It’ll let me click on doorbell for example but won’t progress any further. Anyone else having issues adding a device?

Can you provide more detail regarding this, are there any error messages? May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
