Anyone else feel cheated?

Seems like Arlo just likes to change how much your plan costs at their choosing. I’d love for them to explain to me how my $10 a month went to $21 out of no where. No email nothing. Just resigned up in March. Think it’s time to find a service that actually cares about keeping their customers. I had their original cams. Arlo has gone way downhill

Emails regarding the price change went out back in January when the price changes took place. On January 3rd Arlo has updated subscription plans and pricing to enhance the Arlo Secure experience, doubling cloud video storage, and making new AI-powered capabilities available to all subscribers in the US. We have simplified into two plans to allow you to easily identify which features are right for your security needs.
