Arlo Secure App Stuck at Splash Screen

The Android app will no longer open on my Galaxy S10+. I get the splash screen and nothing else. Cleared cache, cleared storage, rebooted, uninstalled, reinstalled. No luck.

Also, on a side note, I need to share access with another email address and can't do that through my online dashboard - only through the app. So, I would highly recommend making all administratives features available through the online dashboard, in case the app crumbles.

Also, I tried to contact the Arlo developers through their contact info on the Google Play store, and I received an automated reply telling me that the address was not being monitored.

Actually you can't do that. While you can share some admin features, you cannot enable all of them on a shared account.

Can you log in on a PC (my.arlo.com), using email verification?
