Inactive kamera

My outdoor Arlo Secure essential kamera suddenly says «Inactive». I have tried to turn it off/on. The battery is full, The Internett is ok, and The picture is ok, but it dies not record. I’ve deleted it and tried to servitutt again, but it is still inactive

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming?

Have you checked the mode you are using, and made sure there is a rule for the camera in the mode?

If you have a subscription for the camera, you can make a manual recording while livestreaming.

If you touch the video image while livestreaming, you'll see various icons appear. At the bottom center, there is a "target". Touch that and recording will start.
