For better or worse, iOS is a closed ecosystem. The only way to do that is to purchase an Android phone. Then you could side-load the Arlo app if you want to.

(FWIW, I do use iOS even though it is closed).

My Arlo Pro3 system has been made to stop working and I'm being forced to upgrade. To do so I have to get the download from Apple for my phone. However, I don't agree with Apple's requirement to let them track damn near everything in my life. Read what they track and gather in the agreement. I bought my system from Arlo not Apple. Now I just have a bunch of originally expensive equipment that is useless unless I let Apple take control of and access my data and monitor my life. It was bad enough having to pay a monthly fee for most of the features but now this. I definitely will never tell anyone to buy these products. If anyone knows how to get around the Apple crap and get the upgrade it would be appreciated.
