Arlo community website page layout

I have a problem using the arlo community website with my iPhone 5s with safari. This has been about since the last site update months ago so just can’t put up with it any longer.

Firstly I cannot find any board related to the community site to sit this thread so here I am.

My issue is that I am unable to access the page number buttons at the bottom of threads.
The number buttons are present but the link actions are masked by the related content that gets placed on the same line in the page.
I realise that the iOS v12.5.5 is limited but this issue was never a problem prior to the community site changes.
Any chance this could be investigated?

And why can’t I upload a screenshot anymore???

You should be able to. Are you seeing the "drag and drop here" below the text box, and the camera icon above it?

They have retired the paper clip icon underneath the post, and are using this:

The only thing I have below text entry box is the post button.

I guess it is all related.

I still unable to change page numbers due to the related content heading at the bottom of the thread page.

I can’t post a screenshot as no icon to do so.

Assuming you do not have/see this Camera button 3rd from the right?

The footer issue has previously been escalated to the web team, no update as of yet.

No tool bar is showing, just the text entry box I am typing into.

Is the tool bar an animation object or such. Do you think I need to set advanced web options for safari?

I will email you the screenshots I have.

I'm not sure if it is meant to be implemented via mobile, but if you turn desktop mode on, the options become available. I'll look in to this as well.

Before the last website updates I would have a paper clip icon below the text box to add attachments.

FWIW, I also am not seeing the toolbar on my iPhone 12 mini - both with Safari and Chrome.

The issue with the toolbar missing has been fixed. The page numbers at the footer are still in escalation with web support.

I can happily report that the tool bar is now displayed above the text box and seems to function well.

Still no joy with page navigation of long threads yet.

Correct, that issue should be resolved shortly, we're waiting for our web partners to resolve that one.
