Camera doesn't record if smart notifications are off

The issue has returned.

When notifications in Smart Notifications are off, for example vehicles, no recording is made when a vehicle is in the camera field.

This problem has been reported several times.

Are all devices experiencing this symptom? Which camera is meant to detect vehicles? Can you PM me the last 4 of the serial number?

I think all devices are affected.
I have 5 cameras and I have the same problem on all of them.
4 Arlo Ultra 2
1 Arlo Doorbel Wireless but connected to power.

On 1 Arlo Ultra, I disabled notifications for cars, and since then no more recordings when a car is in the field.

On two other Ultra, I deactivated notifications for animals, and no recording at all for animals.

I often get notifications for movement, even when it's animals (cats), but more often than not the animals aren't recorded.

I've PM'd you the serial numbers of the cameras.

I'm still on the old dashboard mode, I didn't migrate to the new version because I have the Arlo Chime 2 and it tells me it's not compatible with the new version, so I stayed on the old one.
