    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been granted access to our cameras but they are not showing up as devices.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Partner has new 4.0 experience app but I’m still on the original app without dashboard/feed etc. Would this be why I cannot see them in devices?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes. You must migrate your account to the new UI that uses Feed to view recordings. To do this, just choose to add a Pro 5 even though you don't have one. The first step is to do the migration after which you can just back out of the bogus install. You will then find a pull-down menu called Home - click on that and choose the bottom choice to see the shared cameras. Each user gets a default Home so you have to choose the other Home to see what was shared. I suggest renaming Home to make it obvious which is which.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you also have your own cameras, be aware that the migration can affect how you need to operate them. Start with this FAQ to see what's up:&lt;/P&gt;
