Another issue:

On Ultra, start live view. Click on the microphone icon. Effect: you can't pause the live stream.

I see the same thing on both an Ultra as well as a Pro 3 floodlight and a Q so it seems pervasive. You can close that window and revert back to the original page to pause.

Have you tried logging out of the app and logging back in to see if the behavior changes?
